At TARGET FIFTY we continuously strive for improvement and we feel that the only way to do this is on-going monitoring and transparent publication of our performance on our website. We strive for consistent perfection in our service from the first call or e-mail to the closing of the job. In order to do this we have set ourselves five Key Performance Indicators which we will be asking customers to score us on.
The KPIs which TARGET FIFTY have set themselves are listed above. Each of the KPIs are scored out of ten. The importance of perfect performance is so important to us that the business was named to reflect hitting a score of FIFTY across all five areas.
